Adecco is currently hiring temporary full-time Assembly Operators to work afternoons for our client, a global corporation offering design, development, prototypes and manufacturing solutions for aerospace and defense electronic products and subsystems in Scarborough, ON. In this role you will be responsible for the assembly and inspection of panels, ensuring all parts meet quality standards and specifications.

- Pay rate: $17.50/hour
- Location: Scarborough, ON
- Shifts: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Job type: Temporary to permanent| Full-time
- 4% vacation paid weekly

- Assembly of Panels
- Verify parts including PCB's are correct.
- Inspect panels for roughness & uneven surfaces.
- Correct any light leaks.
- Inspect for dirt & dust embedded in the paint, and other imperfections such as pinholes, bad laser marks, etc.
- Seal Panels with RTV and install hardware if required.
- Clean legend and graphics on the panel with an eraser.
- Measure and confirm luminance readings.
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous work experience in assembly is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret drawing and schematics.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills are a must
