“Omer and I worked closely during my time at VitaminLab, both on the B2B and B2C sides of the business. Omer has a “go-getter” attitude that comes with no ego involved. If the business needed a certain process or something to get done, Omer would happily step up to help and did not mind stepping outside of what his job description defined which is a great quality for a leader and someone who can thrive in startup environments. He understands marketing & sales’ close collaborative nature and was a blast to work with on launching partner and practitioner specific marketing campaigns that fuelled VitaminLab’s increasing MRR. Omer is also quite data-driven and analytics savvy. He will focus his efforts where the data points him to, and can patiently synthesize data for both internal and external stakeholders in order to move a project along. Overall, definitely recommend Omer! All of the above, along with his empathetic leadership approach, make him a great addition to any team 💪🏻 Plus, who doesn’t like getting free Turkish treats every few weeks? 😉”
About
I am an Enterprise Account Executive with over 8 years in B2B sales within the technology, SaaS, healthcare, AdTech, and manufacturing industries. I thrive in high-impact roles and I operate with a servant leadership mentality. I lead with transparency and honesty to achieve outputs and exceed quotas.
My experience spans across startups all the way to large enterprises like Amazon. I execute GTM plans and collaborate with other teams to ensure that we can sell our product to our ICP.
I have built the sales functions for several startups and helped them reach seven figures in ARR. I analyze workflows and design systems to ensure that I can spend less time on manual processes and more time on sales. Creativity in sales is why I experiment with new techniques. I test pilot program to penetrate new markets.
My biggest achievements as an account executive are that I have had a 100% client retention at VitaminLab, Amazon, and Crossford Media. I focus on building long term client relationships from day 1. All my clients know that I am looking out for them.
In my free time, I enjoy mentoring experienced salespeople and students’ level up their careers. I am a Founding Member of a sales mentorship program where I work with sales professionals so that they can exceed their quotas.
I always enjoy talking to people about sales, business, and startups. If you would like to chat, send me a message on LinkedIn or contact me 250-661-2665.

What are the key elements of a successful product launch strategy and how do you execute it?
Wearing your heart on your sleeve and being upfront about your inexperience can be a strength. "Hey, I don't know if this will be a fit in the end but on the surface of it, it looks like you could really benefit from our solution. We're only building this now and there's lots of room for input-driven direction - can I buy you coffee for 15-mins to learn from your expertise to see if we're on the right track?" You're giving them the option to provide input on something they very well may pay you for in the future and you're learning from someone who likely has budget to become a paying customer of yours henceforth.

You don't need to reinvent the wheel here - keep is stupid simple. Whatever you've got, look at similarly successful launches and see how they market. Even if you feel like you're 10X'ing by your features, or you've included ChatGPT and they haven't, more likely than not you can find companies that have ICPs that overlap 80% with you. Learn from them and use tools like FB Ads Library or else to not only see what channels but also "how" they're getting the word out. They spent the money, but you can learn from it. ✌

What are the key elements of a successful product launch strategy and how do you execute it?
The book Mom Test by Rob Fitzpatrick says it perfectly - speak to people outside of your bubble: ◾ Talk to those who 𝘺𝘰𝘶 believe are your customers, what is their first impression? ◾ Are there gaps they're seeing that your team hasn't considered? Routinely there are use-cases that come out of chatting with folks outside your circle that may have not been considered. ◾ Give "empty space" and let them drive. Bring them to the landing page and ask them to speak what's going through their minds. Listen. Listen. Listen.
