Such as those in direct contact with severe weather, young adults and youth and frontline healthcare workers. If you would like to make a donation or know of any funding sources or funders that may be interested in supporting our practice please be in touch with me directly. 3) Join our first dialogue series in Toronto or Globally Along with a dynamic global team we have been participating in the Presencing Institute 2x Ulab prototype course to scale and spread climate and mental wellbeing spaces. We are exploring how to best meet the rising need for accessible, consistent and safe peer-to-peer support in extraordinary times. We have several dialogue series coming up over the next few months. Including open space events, sensing journeys and 3D/4D prototyping. 2 truths and 1 lie - marketing edition. Truth 1: There is no magic marketing button. You can't just learn one method - turn it on - and voilá, you're making millions. You have to learn the fundamentals of why people buy and how to communicate your offers in a way that speaks to their problems and desires. You can't short cut that. Things change WEEKLY in the marketing world. What used to work, might not work today. If you are going to do your own marketing - you have to commit to LEARNING constantly, staying super agile, and mastering the basics. Truth 2: There is no copy-paste path to millions. You can't just duplicate a funnel, a series of posts, or a brand vibe. You can't copy what others are doing, exactly how they are doing, and expect to build your brand. You have to know what works for YOUR audience. You have to know your values, convictions, and story. You have to realize that A LOT of what you see others doing is just testing (so you could be copying something that ultimately doesn't work). The LIE - there is an easy button to marketing success. There isn't. Yes, you can learn best practices, and you should. Yes you can accelerate your progress by watching what's working and making it your own. But you can't skip the foundational understanding that drives marketing at its core - human behavior. You can't automate or AI your way out of mastering the basics. The sooner you stop searching for cheap shortcuts, the sooner you will start to see real results!
