In my experience, I never expect to know details of the initial phases: searching for the right influencers, reaching out to them, negotiating on pricing, ways to work, etc. But I expect to know details on contract terms: I.e. how we license the UGC content; and also the close-to-final version delivery of the content.

First of all, do your research and don't reach out if your product or service is not even a good fit. And then provide incentives and explain clearly the benefit of working with an agency or a brand strategist like yourself, examples can be: - We will help the influencer craft better content that results in better engagement, show previous examples - We will pay for traffic and boost the content so the influencer also benefits from the campaign Long term relationship building with your influencer community is also important.

Assets such as photos, and videos from previous years really help create a sense of authenticity and give the potential attendees a good idea of what to expect. If this is an inaugural event, short interviews with speakers, and short videos featuring the speakers will help create interests.
