It makes me feel sad, despite so many awareness sessions and support by Top Linkedin Voices and Settlement organizations in almost major cities across Canada on Resume Writing and how to apply for job, I am still seeing so wierd resumes. For e.g: * 5 pager resume for entry level job and then * 2 out of 5 pages just listed down skills like communication, time management, etc in bullets * Not highlighting skills required for job * Complicated resume format * Listing all experiences including irrelevant without linking with job. And this doesn't apply to only those who made this land as their own moving from other countries but even locals. In line of this, I am considering to offer free resume reviews as it hurts me hard to see this.
