I am a Data-Driven Marketer at heart, a Data & Analytics leader by trade, and a Customer Experience executive in practice.

With over 20 years experience working in management consulting, advertising, running my own start-up, and working client-side, I have accumulated a diverse set of industry experiences including Banking, Media, Automotive, Retail, CPG, QSR, Telecom and Tourism, among others.

Working with some of the best brands in the world, the biggest impact these experiences have had on me was the opportunity to leverage best practices and key learnings from one industry and applying them creatively to others.

I have an advanced degree in Mathematics & Statistics with a minor in Psychology and an MBA specializing in Marketing & Strategy. It just so happened that these fields happened to converge very serendipitously at exactly the time when marketing was becoming more digital, data-driven, and behavior-based.

I am passionate about all things marketing. In particular, I'm curious about how the intersection of data, technology, digital and psychology can create amazing customer experiences.
