We offer proprietary curriculum such as Alpha-Mania (pre-reading), Mini Masters (art program introducing visionary artists), Munchkinetics (fitness and movement), Sign Language, Music, Science, structured and unstructured play and a whole lot of fun. Volumes of research show that quality child care helps children become lifelong learners and supports the social needs of families. Kids & Company also partners with many of Canada’s largest and most recognizable corporations to provide work-life balance solutions through guaranteed flexible child care and other dependent care programs and services. Kidco’s mission includes improving some of the challenges that working parents must balance, making Kids & Company a cornerstone for numerous employee wellness strategies. Visit our Corporate Services page to learn more about these programs. Kids & Company was created by working parents for working parents. Proudly Canadian, Kids &Company was founded in 2002 by CEO Victoria Sopik, a life-long entrepreneur and mother of eight, and CFO Jennifer Nashmi, a corporate leader and mother of three. They have firsthand knowledge of the delicate balance between raising children and a successful career and have filled that need with reliable, flexible and nurturing child care. Since 2002, Kids & Company has cared for a generation of Canadian children and is one of Canada’s leading child care and early learning providers. We currently have almost 60 child care centres across Canada and the United States.
