Passionate about people & organizational performance, I am a highly engaged, future-focused driver of people strategy, diversity & equity, employee engagement, and high-performing culture.

I bring the wisdom of more than 20 years of experience in strategic Human Resources and Operations in large private and public-sector organizations, including roles as Chief People Officer for ICBC; Vice President People & Culture for PHSA; Director of Human Resources for lululemon; and Director of Workforce Planning for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic & Paralympic Games. I also maintain the perspectives and a wealth of experience from holding senior operations/business roles at both lululemon and Aritzia.

I have a track record of building high-performing teams and HR programs from the ground up. I am known as a strategic, enterprise-wide thinker who is able to influence change that drives strategy, increases employee engagement, and builds a high-performing culture.

I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Adult Education and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota, studied doctorate-level (JD) law at Hamline University School of Law, obtained a certificate in diversity, equity & inclusion for HR professionals from UCI, and a certificate in Labour Relations from Queens University.
