Over 20 years in the Pharma industry have exposed me to both the recurrent care gaps in health care and the rich, under-utilized potential of patient empowerment to optimize treatments for chronic disease.
Working locally, with regional and global teams, I have consistently utilized my strengths of ideation, empathy and customer centricity to collaborate and lead teams through customer-focussed transformations that are characterized by a forward-thinking mindset for excellence in health care, and positive outcomes for patients, stakeholders and companies alike.
Fuelled by curiosity, I'm a strong advocate of understanding the motivations and drivers of all valued stakeholders, being customer-inclusive, building trusting relationships and delivering experiences that surpass expectations. I am confident that this has been the secret sauce to my never having missed a revenue objective.
As a dynamic and proactive strategist, I have led and coached teams through change and crisis management, created and executed business plans, and navigated successfully through critical decision making in ambiguous and evolving environments. My experience in brand strategy and management throughout all product lifecycle stages and with 30 brands has yielded strategically differentiated, customer-responsive revitalizations of maturing brands and promising launches.
My journey has led me to this point - a desire to work with teams and organizations who believe that putting the patient first is a priority and prerequisite for success for all. I am excited to utilize my skills, strengths, and experiences in a new role that allows me to strategize for future opportunities, identify solutions for challenges, and build solid relationships that render the company more profitable and responsive to patient and client needs.
