About

My practice primarily involves advising on wills and estates matters, establishing trust structures including those that involve corporate interests, and negotiating marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements. In addition I assist clients with succession planning in the digital age, including with respect to the management their digital identities (e.g. social media profiles) and their digital assets (e.g. cryptocurrency). I am an experienced advisor, avid hobbyist, and dedicated volunteer, and I enjoy sharing my interests in navigating the intersection between family, succession, technology and legacy.
