One of my favourite things to do when presenting to leadership teams is to share stories of when I’ve gotten it wrong. Really! For although it is embarrassing 🤭 , it brings to life the point 💡 that we all get it wrong from time to time. It also opens the door 🚪 to them admitting it themselves. That's exactly what happened this week when I shared my 'tale of two bosses' story about Debra and my alter ego Debby. There were lots of nods in the room, with many people shouting out the names of their alter ego as well. In this blog I share my story along with some solutions to help you battle your alter ego if/when they appear.
