Christiane Bergevin

President, C-Suite executive and accomplished corporate director with strategic North American and international investment and M&A leadership gained with major organizations, Christiane is a savvy communicator, recognized for her entrepreneurial vision and international relationships. She advises major organizations on strategic growth initiatives.

In prior executive roles with Desjardins Group, as president of SNC-Lavalin Capital and with Hydro One, she spearheaded the development of several strategic initiatives, including digital services. Throughout her career, she led over $15 billion investments across Canada and internationally – in banking, financial and insurance sectors, services, energy, telecom, resources, and transport, – including Euromoney Deals of the Year awards for Toronto's Highway 407 acquisition and Vancouver Canada Line LRT PPP (P3). She also played a key role for building and streamlining operational processes, risk management, governance as well as for growing clientele and new offers.

A collaborative thinker and McGill and Wharton graduate, Christiane is a seasoned Board Director, with credentials as a Chair/ Audit committee Chair with public and private corporations and other organizations. She is committed to best of class reporting/governance processes inclusive of ESG, sustainability, risks, and diversity.
