🧡 Honoring Truth and Reconciliation Day 🧡 Today, on Truth and Reconciliation Day, we pause to reflect on the deep history and ongoing impacts of residential schools, and the resilience and strength of Indigenous communities across Canada. At Women in Leadership, we are committed to advancing reconciliation by fostering dialogue, promoting Indigenous leadership, and supporting inclusive workplaces that honor the contributions of Indigenous women. This day reminds us that true reconciliation requires action—learning, listening, and actively supporting initiatives that create lasting change. Let’s commit to being allies, advocates, and champions of Indigenous voices, not just today, but every day. #TruthAndReconciliation #IndigenousLeadership #WomenInLeadership #EveryChildMatters #ReconciliationInAction #DEIB #Inclusivity #IndigenousVoices
