Ribbit's "Tadpole", a Cessna 150 to be retrofitted for autonomous flight! Ribbit is assessing the airframe structure, creating a 3D model and sharing plans with authorities for feedback before implementing modifications to enable Tadpole's fully automated flight demonstrations. Autonomous planes are a way to resolve issues faced by remote northern communities that don't have year-round road access. Planes can play a critical role in delivering items such as food, medicine, or other time sensitive perishables.

Improving access to nanoscale imaging is expected to have broad implications for manufacturing quality control, and corporate and academic R&D. This technology is borne out of the same research that underpins camera-less eye-tracking device developed by AdHawk Microsystems, a company whose co-founders include Neil Sarkar and University of Waterloo professor Raafat Mansour, also ICSPI co-founders.
