The Indus Entrepreneurs(TiE), Toronto

TiE Toronto is fostering entrepreneurship in Ontario. We aim to create wealth and raise the prominence of entrepreneurs in the local community, as well as internationally, by fostering and supporting entrepreneurship through mentoring, networking, and education. Dedicated to the virtuous cycle of wealth creation and giving back to the community, TiE’s focus is on generating and nurturing the next generation of entrepreneurs. TiE was founded in 1992 in Silicon Valley by a group of successful entrepreneurs and senior professionals with roots in the Indus region. TiE has since grown to become world’s largest not-for-profit promoting entrepreneurship. Today, TiE has 56 Chapters spread across the globe. The TiE ecosystem comprises of 13,000 members and 2,500 charter members, who are top entrepreneurs, investors and business leaders. TiE has come to represent “Talent, ideas and Enterprise” through its activities and influences. We count for the largest pool of intellectual capital and bring together entrepreneurs, investors, policy makers and professional service providers with the objective of enhancing entrepreneurial climate.
