These real-world outcomes are a great example of how digital wound technology impacts patient care. We are proud to partner with CenterWell Home Health to advance wound care.
With our digital wound management technology, CenterWell Home Health® clinicians can take scientifically calibrated wound images—including 3D reconstruction—providing physicians with a clear picture of their patient’s healing progression. Our clinicians can then work with the patient's physician to make treatment decisions that reduce healing times and complications like infection and unplanned hospital visits. It's all so patients can spend less time recovering and more time doing the things they love. Learn more how we are using technology to improve outcomes at http://ms.spr.ly/6049YjlSv #WoundHealingAwarenessMonth #WHAM2024 #WoundPrevention *Data based on 95,137 wound evaluations on 4,647 CenterWell Home Health patients.
