In that time, our Steer India team has delivered successful projects for clients working in toll roads, e-mobility, and aviation, to name a few. We continue to push our boundaries to deliver value to the clients that we serve. Our team is growing too - and we’re excited to be opening a new office in Mumbai in the coming months. Our Election Reflections series continued today with an engaging session featuring Toby Poston, Director of Corporate Affairs at the BVRLA, and hosted by Matthew Clark, Associate Director, Steer.   In a timely conversation focused on the electric vehicle (EV) transition, our central question was, what strategies are essential for driving EV adoption under evolving policies?   Our key takeaways were:   - We need to embrace policy changes: Understanding and adapting to the Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) mandate and other policy shifts is crucial for accelerating EV adoption.   - Infrastructure investment is vital: Significant investment in charging infrastructure is needed to support the growing number of EVs on UK roads.   - Design for fleet transformation: Fleet operators are leading the way in EV adoption, but tailored strategies are needed for different vehicle types and uses.   - Overcome adoption barriers: Addressing cost, awareness, and accessibility issues is vital to make EVs more attractive to a broader audience.   - Collaboration is key: Strong partnerships between government and the private sector are essential to overcome challenges and drive progress. 🔗 Missed the event or want to be part of these important discussions?
