Women being spoken down to at work happens in a variety of ways—from being interrupted, to having their expertise questioned, to being overlooked for their contributions. These experiences are all too common. It's time to let go of biases and foster a work environment where everyone's voice is respected and valued. Together, we can create a workplace culture that champions equality and empowers everyone to reach their full potential. #WomenInSTEM #WorkplaceEquality #BreakTheBias #EmpowerWomen #SCWIST #RespectAtWork
