Today is the #NationalDayforTruthandReconciliation. We take this day to honor the survivors, families, and communities affected by the residential school system and to acknowledge the ongoing process of reconciliation with Indigenous peoples. 🟠 Although we are closed today, we invited our staff to wear an #orangeshirt last Friday to commemorate this important day. Additionally, Sandbox is giving back to organizations and events happening for National Day for Truth and Reconciliation in our three prairie provinces: SK - Sandbox is sponsoring the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation events at SaskTel Centre in Saskatoon with a $1,000 donation. AB - We are donating $1,000 to the Miskanawah Community Services Association . MB - We gave $1,000 to Indspire’s National Gathering Event in Winnipeg.

Sandbox was proud to participate in this year’s #ColliersCup Street Hockey Tournament with two teams on the roster. It was a day filled with great energy and teamwork, and most importantly, the tournament raised over $62,000 in support of Haven Kid’s House! 🏒 #SaskatchewanInsurance
