Ross Nasseri LLP is pleased to share Justice Koehnen's decision in the University of Toronto's Front Campus encampment injunction. Our lawyers Mark Ross and Jacob Klugsberg acted for intervenors The Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs and UJA Federation of Greater Toronto.

Please join us in congratulating our superstar colleagues Erin Pleet and Sara Romeih for their appointments to the Mid-Career Advocates' Standing Committee (MASC) and Young Advocates' Standing Committee (YASC) of The Advocates' Society, respectively. MASC fosters networking and engagement among mid-career lawyers. MASC members sit on various TAS Standing Committees. MASC also promotes access to justice initiatives, pro bono initiatives, leadership, and career and business development programs for litigators. YASC fulfills a similar mandate for lawyers who have practiced for 10 or fewer years. It organizes networking and mentoring events and gives young lawyers the opportunity to publish in a quarterly newsletter. It also ensures that issues of concern to young advocates are addressed within TAS and at large. Erin's and Sara's appointments are a testament to their leadership acumen and commitment to bettering our profession. Well done!

Ross Nasseri LLP lawyers Mark Ross and Jacob Klugsberg are pleased to have secured intervener status on behalf of UJA Federation of Greater Toronto and The Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs in the University of Toronto’s application for an injunction to remove the encampment on campus.

Ross Nasseri LLP is proud of its superstar articling student Lauren Grammer who completes her articling term today. Lauren has accomplished so much during her term and has all the ingredients to be a leader in the bar. She is a generational talent. We are looking forward to welcoming her back as an associate after some well-deserved time off. Go get 'em, Gram Jam!
