Powering the World's Next Generation of Transit
About us
RideCo is an on-demand transit technology and services company that enables on-demand ridesharing for transit agencies in cities around the globe. We partner with transit agencies and experienced fleet operators to design, simulate, launch and operate on-demand transit services and have launched services with some of the largest agencies in North America. Our solutions reduce travel time, decrease walking distance, and increase service frequency for riders. This lowers transit agencies’ cost-per-ride, reduces demand for parking, and attracts net new riders to transit systems. Our industry-leading productivity directly results in millions of dollars per year in savings for transit agencies and substantial reductions in vehicle revenue hours and associated vehicle emissions. RideCo is focused on making transit more accessible for riders and making on-demand transit a financially sound investment for transit agencies.

🎉Service Anniversary 🎉 This week, we are celebrating City Of Guelph's 5️⃣ year anniversary of their first on-demand transit service, Mobility Services! Since then, our partnership has grown to include the Community Bus and Holiday Service. Some key highlights from our partnership include: ⭐The Mobility Service launched in 2019 with RideCo, replacing outdated legacy paratransit software to become more efficient with automated processes. ⭐To optimize resources, Guelph Transit #commingled Community Bus with Mobility Services, utilizing the paratransit program's excess vehicle capacity. ⭐On-demand Holiday Service launched in 2022 to replace fixed-route bus service on statutory holidays. ⭐With more flexible mobility options, customer satisfaction has remained high with an average 4.8/5 star trip rating. Congratulations to the Guelph Transit team on this major milestone and all your accomplishments! Hear directly from the team on their success here: https://hubs.li/Q02H96hd0

Despite the travel disruptions caused by Hurricane Beryl, COMTO Houston's National Meeting and Training Conference persevered and Jared Moore and John McLeod from the RideCo On-Demand Transit team successfully made it to Houston to join hundreds of transit professionals. During the conference, Jared and John attended presentations by Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County Board Chair, Elizabeth Gonzalez Brock, showcasing the agency's on-demand, ADA ridesharing service, curb2curb, as well as a panel on space as a new frontier of transit presented by NASA. We also appreciate everyone who visited our booth to learn about the innovations and customer success stories at RideCo. Looking forward to next year's conference! #COMTO #COMTOHouston #Curb2curb
