We are so honoured and grateful at Pure Sunfarms for these valuable collaborations. Thank you KC Hall, Derek Edenshaw, Micheal Langan, Mary Archie, Tom Dickson Jr., and Corey Bulpitt for giving our space new meaning, letting us learn from you, and inspiring new conversations as we reflect on Monday, September 30, the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
As we approach September 30, the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, I’d like to share something that I hold very close to my heart as a leader at Pure Sunfarms and as an individual. Our team at Pure Sunfarms recently had the great privilege and honour to work closely with incredibly talented Indigenous artists in our community to bring Indigenous-inspired artwork to our office space. These pieces are not only breathtaking, but they have challenged us to inspire new conversations, new thinking, and ideas. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve witness our team members stop and really take time with these pieces, to learn about the artists and their stories. On this very important day, this is more valuable than ever as we reflect as a society, as a company, as individuals, on what this day truly means and how we can do better. Thank you KC Hall, Derek Edenshaw, Micheal Langan, Mary Archie, Tom Dickson Jr., and Corey Bulpitt for your incredible work and sharing your wisdom with us in ways to keep our minds and hearts open.
