Marketing is 50% psychology. People buy from emotion. Not logic. Your ads need to trigger that feeling of: 👀 "I want that..." Quick marketing psychology tips you can swipe (To make your ads convert better) 1️⃣ Loss Aversion → We hate losing more than we love winning → Be specific. When does the offer end? What will they lose? 2️⃣ Authority drives behavior (Just make it feel real) → Think an expert barista reviewing coffee → Not just a celeb holding a mug 3️⃣ The halo effect is real → Test adding "From the makers of [your hit product]" to ads → Create a cognitive association for A to B 4️⃣ Link new ideas to old ones → Our brains love patterns, use them → New concept? Link it to something they know → Try this formula: "[Known thing] but [Your unique twist]" -- 👋 P.S. What else would you add?

"There is no failure, only feedback." In a results-driven business like ours, it's inevitable that sometimes we’ll miss the mark. But there’s no shame in losing. Failure is apart of the journey. And we aren't afraid of it. Why? Because we’ve built a system that allows us to lean in when things get tough. If a shoot goes wrong we don’t focus on the failure. We focus on the next step. Instead of asking ‘Whose fault is this?’, we ask, ‘What went wrong and how do we mitigate it next time?’ We don’t waste time pointing fingers because we know we’re a team. When we win, we win together. When we fall short, we regroup and rise again—together. The Playhouse is after all a home.

Welcome to the team Yasseen Ashri 😎🏡 Well more like a welcome back — Yasseen was free lancing with us during his first year at Toronto Metropolitan University! After he spent his summer interning in Dubai, we decided to bring him on board to add to our energetic work space! Yasseen has quite the creative lens and an ambitious work ethic to push every idea forward! Excited to grow with the aspiring film director and hopefully get him one step closer to his goals 🏡

Founder & CEO at THE PLAYHOUSE

My team is the most important thing to me 🏡 Here's why: As an early entrepreneur I constantly tried to do everything myself. Whether it was about saving a little bit of money, or making sure things were exactly how I wanted them, I was never able to confidently delegate my tasks. Now I take pride in letting my team members make the necessary errors in order for them to build the skills they need to succeed. As a CEO my only concern is to make sure the business is growing and that our service is able to be delivered without me constantly needing to be there. These are 3 things I implemented in order to stop being a "Helicopter CEO" 1. Remove the words "I'll do it myself" from my vocabulary 2. Putting my teams vision on a pedestal instead of my own 3. "It's okay if things aren't my way" If you're constantly hovering over your team's back they'll never build the initiative to take the company to where you want it to be. PUT TRUST IN YOUR TEAM AND HAVE A LITTLE FAITH 🏆
