ONCAP today announced that it has completed the sale of Englobe Corporation (“Englobe”), a leading engineering and environmental services firm, to Colliers, a diversified professional services and investment management company. The transaction excludes Englobe’s material management and beneficial reuse (“MMBR”) operations located in Canada, the UK and France which was sold to the Ortec Group in a separate transaction that closed in June. AEC Advisors and BMO Capital Markets served as financial advisors to Englobe in connection with the transaction and Stikeman Elliott served as legal counsel.
