Notch is working to maximize the benefit of cell therapies through a proprietary T cell-production platform.

About us

Notch is an early-stage biotech company, working to maximize the benefit of cell therapies through a proprietary T cell-production platform which combines sophisticated product design with commercial-compatible processes to enhance patient outcomes. Notch’s iPSC-based technology platform allows for precision control of notch signaling, which removes several critical limiting factors in the development of cell therapies, delivering the ability to design and manufacture a uniform and unlimited supply of therapeutic T cells.

In Q3, Notch’s Culture and Engagement Committees worked diligently to organize events and share insights on key topics. Their efforts enhanced our understanding and appreciation of diverse cultures, strengthened community connections, fostered a fun and inclusive workplace, and encouraged us to lead healthier, more balanced lives. Quarter Highlights:  - DEIB Summer Reading List  - Education on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, spotlighting Indigenous Art including learning the meaning behind the mural on our Vancouver site building.  - Book Swap and Donation in celebration of International Literacy Day  - Monthly Social Events, including Ice Cream Day and the “Grill the EC” summer BBQ, where we asked fun and insightful questions to our EC members  - Wellness Initiatives, such as Bike Bingo, Step Challenge, and 30-Day Mental Health Challenge in October for World Mental Health Day    We are deeply grateful for the dedication of our Committees:  1. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB): Education, awareness, and sharing insights on key cultural and social events.  2. Community and Philanthropy (C P): Strengthening connections through community engagement and outreach.  3. Party Pack: Building camaraderie to the workplace through fun social events.  4. In Canada, September 30 marks the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. It is also known as Orange Shirt Day. The day honours the children who never returned home and the survivors of residential schools, as well as their families and communities. Public commemoration of the tragic and painful history and ongoing impacts of residential schools is a vital component of the reconciliation process.   Today, we’ve encouraged our team members in Vancouver, Ontario, and Seattle to: 1. Learn more about Indigenous Art, including mural on the outside of our Vancouver office building: https://lnkd.in/gvTgFJDV 2. Listen to the Gord Downie & Chanie Wenjack Day to Listen broadcast: https://lnkd.in/e_47PJe 3. Wear Orange in recognition and remembrance.   We encourage you to also make time to learn and reflect – not just today, but as a regular practice.
