("Groupe Touchette") has completed its acquisition of National Tire Distributors ("NTD"), a subsidiary of American Tire Distributors ("ATD"), following regulatory clearance. This strengthens Groupe Touchette's position in the Canadian tire industry, expanding its service offerings and geographical reach. The company remains headquartered in Montreal, with a national support center in Burlington, Ontario. The deal also establishes a commercial partnership with ATD, supplying proprietary tires and technology to benefit stakeholders.
