Spotlight on our NanoVator: Marco Ciufolini: A Pioneer in Synthetic Organic Chemistry   Marco Ciufolini, Co-Founder and VP, Chemistry at NTx, has an illustrious career spanning over three decades in academia and pharmaceutical industry. With a BS from Spring Hill College, a PhD from the University of Michigan, and a PostDoc at Yale, Marco has significantly contributed to the development of commercial pharmaceuticals, including Onpattro® and Masitinib®. Now, at NanoVation, he leads our innovative chemistry efforts.    🏆 Achievements Invented D-Lin-KC2-DMA for nucleic acid delivery Developed Masitinib®, now in phase III clinical trials  Authored over 160 technical papers and 48 patents    🎵 Beyond the Lab Marco enjoys history, philosophy, and classical music, both orchestral and operatic. He is an avid user of YouTube and supporter of Wikipedia, both of which provide him with ample material to keep him intellectually stimulated.    🔬Fun Fact Marco became interested in chemistry at age 7 and received his first chemistry set at 8.
