Congratulations to our 2024 Pitch, Please! winner! Andrew's pitch for I'M GONNA KILL YOU was full of dynamic and illustrative descriptions, telling a story set in a nature-forward, analog future unravelling the dangers of jealousy and envy. Congratulations Andrew Chappelle for pitching a compelling story with a strong team -- a story necessary for these times.

It was a full house for the Inside Out x Spindle Films Foundation industry networking event at the fest! This year we collaborated with Spindle Films to create a free event for trans, non-binary, and gender-diverse industry members. The event started with a moderated panel by J Stevens, featuring a talented group of filmmakers: Nava Mau, Lane Webber, and Regan Latimer. We look forward to our next collaboration with the team!

I was able to attend this screening on Friday and was blown away by all of the short films! Queer vision, imagination, and comedy is alive and well. “Shorts: High School Confidential” is a lovely selection, and range, of filmmaking talent. I believe you can still access the programming digitally to watch at home. Definitely recommend checking it out! Inside Out is a 2SLGBTQ film festival taking place now through June 1st at TIFF Lightbox.

An incredible kick off to the Toronto Festival with our Lead Sponsor RBC and Stephen Cabral 🌈 !

Thank you Inside Out 🌈 for an incredible kick off to the 2024 Inside Out Film Festival 🎥. I had an amazing time at Youth Day, celebrating 2SLGBTQ voices and storytelling on the big screen. Being in a cinema full of creative young folks was so inspiring. At RBC, we truly believe that when young people succeed, we all succeed. I am so proud of my company RBC for being a lead sponsor of Inside Out for the past 16 years! It is important for 2SLGBTQ people to see themselves in front of the camera and know that there is representation behind the camera too. Thank you to Raquel Victoria De Filippis, Alex Leszkowiat and many others from the RBC Corporate Citizenship team for spending the day with me. A big thanks to Vishan Persaud and Helena Kanga for giving me the opportunity to give remarks on behalf of RBC, one that I will cherish forever. Great seeing Isadore Chung and Jeff Smellie (He/Him) our GTA Pride ERG Co-chairs as well as Joanne Durham and Johnnie Tú Vũ, MBA, CD from the GTR team at the evening gala. If you're looking for a way to kick off your Pride 🏳️🌈 festivities, I highly recommend checking out a film at the Inside Out Film Festival. #mycompany #Pride365 #rbc #insideout #2SLGBTQ #filmfestival
