Celebrating Sean Tracy’s 7-Year Journey at IKO Seville (Blair Rubber)! 👏 Sean Tracy joined us in April 2017 and has consistently grown within the company. From starting on 2nd shift as a New Hire to becoming Operator A, he earned a promotion to Lead Hand in 2021, where he mentored others and helped with machine repairs. In 2022, Sean transitioned to 1st shift, and by 2023, he was promoted to Maintenance. Currently, he’s pursuing his Journeyman License in 2024. Sean's dedication and contributions make him a key part of our team!

COMMERCIAL PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS: This IKO signature commercial roofing project in Montreal included the installation of a new, dependable IKO BUR (Built-up Roofing) System to replace a combination of single-ply, mod bit and built up roofing systems on an existing 150,000 sq. ft. warehouse and corporate office facility. Products specified were; two plies of 15 lb. IKO Perforated Felt, IKOThermTM insulation ½” Fibreboard, Five plies of 15 lb. IKO Perforated Felt IKO asphalt and gravel.
