    A few weeks ago, we had the amazing opportunity to attend #CHFAnow, Canada’s largest tradeshow and conference for natural, organic, and wellness products. This was a MAJOR milestone for us as it was our first-ever trade show! We gave attendees a sneak peek and taste of our new & improved recipe, and we received an overwhelming amount of positive feedback. We want to thank LeBeau Excel Sales & Marketing, Canadian Health Food Association and everyone who stopped by our booth—we loved meeting you and sharing our brand & product! We can’t wait to share what’s next for us after such an incredible show 👀

    Today, we’re thrilled to unveil a game-changing upgrade to our look, packaging, and new & improved All-in-One Shakes! This project, now almost two years in the making, has been a true labour of love for our team and every single member has played a part in it becoming a reality. Our new vibrant, eye-catching design and brand identity reflect the boldness of our flavours, while our improved All-in-One Shakes deliver an even creamier taste, smoother texture, and even cleaner ingredients. This new and improved recipe is the result of 5 years’ worth of customer feedback and continuous innovation. Of course, our products were already great, but we always strive to provide our community with the best ingredients available on the market and are thrilled to introduce this newest version of our All-in-One Shakes! This update also includes the launch of two new flavours, Mixed Berries and Peanut Butter 🫐🥜 These two new flavours are now part of our core lineup.     We’re thrilled to share that Orange Cream Pop is back 🍊🍦 We first launched this limited-edition flavour last summer - and it sold out faster than it takes for a popsicle to melt in the sun. Since then, we’ve received messages every single day (yes, EVERY day!) from customers asking us to bring it back. Developing this flavour was a labour of love. Replicating the exact creamy texture and sweet orange taste of those classic summer treats, while remaining true to our all-natural, plant-based ingredient promise was no easy feat - but every single member of the Good Protein team contributed to Orange Cream Pop’s success, and we couldn’t be more excited share its’ return with our community.     In 2023, we offered our unwavering support to Vitamin Angels, an organization that strengthens, extends, and amplifies the work of in-country partners by delivering nutrition resources and services to more than 71 million pregnant women, infants, and young children annually who are underserved by existing systems. We’re thrilled to be continuing this partnership this year to help create a healthier world for women and children in 2024.

    Digital Marketing Director at Good Protein

    I’ve been the Digital Marketing Director at Good Protein for just over a year now, and it’s been quite a ride! Over the past year, we’ve grown so much - so I thought I’d bring you behind the curtain a bit and share some strategies we used to make it happen. First, we’ve been really creative with our marketing, focusing on creating engaging UGC videos that grab people’s attention quickly (as we all know that attention spans are getting shorter and shorter). In this case, more is *really* more: create, test, analyze, and learn non-stop. This approach has helped us stay ahead of the curve and continuously improve our strategies. Second, with the right creative approach and the massive amount of assets produced, we’ve been able to significantly boost our advertising spending on Meta, TikTok, Google and Pinterest. This means we’ve been able to show our ads to more people, new audiences, while still achieving our set goals (you might have seen our ads quite a bit!). Seeing our hard work paying off has been great and I couldn’t be prouder of the team. We’re just getting started - can’t wait to grow and test even more. A big shoutout to our CEO, Edward Lalonde, for not just creating an amazing product, but also for backing our marketing decisions all the way. And a special mention to our stellar marketing team: Noémie B-Turan, our fantastic graphic designer; Sarah Vincent, who’s killing it with social media and content; Etienne Demers-Gratton, doing wonders with email marketing; and Marc Richardson always bringing fresh and brilliant ideas for the brand.

    This is Edward Lalonde, our founder. And today happens to be his birthday! 🥳 Long before he founded Good Protein, Edward was obsessed with health and wellness: he studied nutrition, worked as a naturopath, and was a personal trainer in a gym. Over the years, he tried all the supplements and protein shakes out there, but they always left a bad taste in his mouth. Not only did they have a gritty texture and an unappetizing taste, but they tended to focus on a single aspect of what the body needed at the expense of others. He wanted a shake that tasted delicious and offered complete, balanced nutrition — so he set out to make one. That’s when he began sourcing the world’s-highest quality ingredients, with a single goal in mind: creating a nutritionally complete shake that offered everything the human body needs to thrive, while tasting exactly like your favourite sweet snacks.Because what good is a shake that you don’t want to drink? To this day, Edward is still as obsessed as ever: he keeps perfecting the recipe, developing new flavours and thinking of new products that can help people thrive all day, every day.
