Congratulations to Iris Meck for organizing another terrific Advancing Women Conference in March. This conference had a special energy with participants from all across the country, connecting on key opportunities in agriculture and food. Iris has recently been recognized with the Women in Ag Notable "Lifetime Achiever" award, hosted by AFSC. This award honours individuals who have demonstrated lifelong leadership and mentorship within the agriculture and agrifood industry and who significantly influence and champion the advancement of women in agriculture and support the next generation. Iris is a very deserving recipient.    We want to recognize and thank Iris who has been instrumental in creating and hosting the Advancing Women Conference (AWC) for the past 11 years.
