About us
Exclusive Autosport was founded in 2013 by Canadian entrepreneur Michael Duncalfe (President and CEO of Exclusive Management Inc.). The team is owned by Exclusive Management Inc. When the opportunity presented itself for EM Inc. to work with Borland Racing Developments in 2013 to become the Canadian importer and distributor of the Spectrum chassis. EM Inc. felt it was the right time and a natural fit to move into the F1600 race circuit. In 2014 EM Inc. took over as importers and distributors in the North American market place. They officially launched the Spectrum 014z F2000 in early 2014. Under Duncalfe’s guidance, Exclusive Autosport has rapidly earned a reputation for excellence winning numerous open-wheel championships throughout North America. 2013 was a breakthrough year for the young Exclusive Autosport team. The team won the 2013 Toyo Tires F1600 A-Class Championship, The Formula Tour F1600 Pro-Class Championship, the Formula Tour F1600 Rookie-of-the-Year Championship and the Formula Tour F1600 Masters Championship. On route to their championship titles, EA collectively captured 13 A-Class / Pro-Class Wins, 38 A-Class / Pro-Class podium finishes, 14 A-Class / Pro-Class Pole Positions, 4 A-Class / Pro-Class Track Records, 2 Masters Wins and 3 Masters Podiums. Exclusive Autosport returned to Canadian Formula 1600 racing in 2014 in the Ontario based Toyo Tires F1600 Championship, the Quebec based Formula Tour F1600 Championship and the Formula 1600 Super Series. The team also traveled south to the United States to attend the F1600 Formula F Series as well as the F2000 Championship Series. 2014 proved to be another championship winning year for the team as they collected the Formula Tour 1600 Pro Class and Masters Championships, the Toyo Tires F1600 A-Class and Rookie Championships and the inaugural F2000 Canada Championship. What a race for Jack Jeffers! Started on rain tires, the track dried, he came in for slicks and marched himself forward to finish second after starting in the 15th position. Evan Cooley followed suit by moving up from 17th to sixth. Unfortunately, things didn’t go the way we hoped for João Vergara which led him to finish in the 20th spot. Due to the track needing repair, the USF Juniors Race 1 has been postponed to later today. USF2000 will still roll for Race 1 at 4:55 pm, while USF Juniors will roll off for their Race 1 at 5:50 pm.
