En se concentrant sur une planification minutieuse des réparations et en tirant parti d'outils avancés tels que la planification avancée de la réparation, l’atelier minimise les suppléments et les retards. Sa stratégie d'évaluation initiale détaillée avec des véhicules démontés garantit une productivité élevée et réduit le stress du personnel et des clients. Son approche, qui consiste à « ralentir pour aller plus vite », trouve un écho auprès des clients qui sont très satisfaits des réparations (note de 4.9 sur Google).
