I spent some time these past few days digging in to the area of Behavioural Finance. In my personal opinion, courses on Behaviorial Finance should become mandatory learning for any who provide investment advice to clients. Understanding of the emotional response to how clients view themselves, view their current environment and view market changes, as well as understanding how to build connection, communicate and provide a bridge between both the rational and the emotional response for the specific client sitting in front of you, is going to become even more relevant in differentiating advisors in the years ahead.
