We are excited to announce that City Council has adopted a plan to develop the third Toronto Seniors Strategy! This important plan will develop and adapt City programs, policies and initiatives to better support our aging population, particularly seniors who are Indigenous, Black, and belong to equity-deserving groups. With a growing and increasingly diverse senior population, this strategy aims to provide the necessary community and social supports to help seniors age in place based on their needs and preferences.
