🎉 Richmond is BC’s Most Active Community Again! 🎉 We're thrilled to announce that Richmond has been named British Columbia’s Most Active Community by ParticipACTION in their 2024 Community Challenge! 🏆 Thanks to our dedicated staff and community partners, our activity levels were off the charts in June, continuing our recognition from 2022. “This honour reflects our commitment to providing safe, fun, and accessible recreational opportunities for all ages,” said Mayor Malcolm Brodie. Our $15,000 prize will support community programming to keep Richmond moving! 🏃♀️🚴♂️ With nearly 630 pledges and over 540 activities, Richmond stays active and connected.
