    🇨🇦 On July 1st, we went live with another Canadian customer - let's take a look at their stats so far. - ~27k IDV sessions in 38 days, with 95.34% of sessions returning a definitive YES/NO answer in under 5 seconds - This customer has opted for our "High Security" configuration and mans their own manual review queues. They had 1.2K manual reviews, with a 45 second average resolution time via our admin dashboard. - 88.89% of users got approved automatically on their first try. - 1.7K users got rejected on their first attempt. Of these, 510 were successful on their second attempt. Of the remaining 1.2K, 900 were "true rejects", meaning ~300 false rejects from ~27K sessions, or a False Reject Rate (FRR) of 1.11%. - 87% of users completed their document scan and selfie in under 48 seconds. 22% in under 30 seconds.
