We are pleased to announce our Second Quarter 2023 financial results, with Q2 revenues up 316% y/y and Adjusted EBITDAS up 543% y/y. Revenue and Adjusted EBITDAS both set new records for the Company’s second quarter. “With approximately 70% of our revenue on an annualized basis generated in the U.S., the transformative growth in our U.S. business offset the seasonal lows in Canada and bolstered Adjusted EBITDAS, cash flow and net income in a quarter, which is typically challenging” stated President and CEO, Tom Connors. “As well, our recent acquisition of Rime Downhole Technologies will provide a pipeline of technology that has wide market acceptance and adoption,” he added. Cathedral has focused on building size and scale in the last two years and is now one of North America’s largest independent directional drilling companies. Recently in Alberta, Canada, Archer Exploration Corp along with Buffalo Drilling Rig 1, drilled the longest one-run to TD within the Charlie Lake formation out of any hole size to date. Even more, this run surpassed the previous record set with an RSS. Utilizing Ulterra’s 171 mm CF613 on a conventional motor, the crew drilled from 1,416 m to 6,560 m — drilling a record-setting 5,144 meters. Partnering with Cathedral Energy Services, Buffalo Drilling, and our team — the run, consisting of a portion of the vertical into the build to lateral TD, was drilled in 226.2 hours. #Ulterra #Canada #Drilling
