    À l’occasion de notre célébration du mois de la Fierté à la Société Canadian Tire, nous sommes fiers de vous présenter Qasim Rehman, qui incarne avec brio l’esprit d’appartenance.  🌈    Après avoir initialement hésité à parler de son cheminement personnel à ses débuts à la Société Canadian Tire, Qasim promeut désormais activement l’authenticité, encourageant les autres à assumer leur vraie identité au travail.  Son message est clair : « Soyez vous-mêmes au travail. Vous n’avez rien à craindre. Soyez présents et enthousiastes, et cette entreprise vous le rendra bien. »     Dans le cadre de son rôle de chef des activités de catégorie, Qasim contribue fièrement à la promotion de la diversité et de l’inclusivité par le biais de nos assortiments.  Grâce à ses efforts, les ventes d’articles de la Fierté ont connu une hausse impressionnante de 50 %.     When I first joined Canadian Tire Corporation, I didn't feel like I had to come out at work. Today, I tell others: "Be yourself at work. Don't be afraid. Show up engaged and excited — this company will reward you." As a Category Business Manager, I take pride in contributing to the celebration of diversity and inclusivity in our product assortments. Our Pride assortment sales have grown by an impressive 50%. And we're not stopping there. We have big plans to expand our offerings even further. This year, we're excited to announce that our Pride assortment will be available to purchase year-round both in-store & online. Beyond Pride, my work extends to other days of significance to our communities, making our offerings more inclusive. Halloween costumes, for example, now include accessible options for individuals using wheelchairs, and children's costumes are free from gender restrictions with unisex sizing.
