This much-used resource is for frontline mental health counsellors/therapists, prevention mentors, crisis workers, community mental health providers and those who work directly with individuals with FASD. We will briefly share the work leading up to the toolkit and want to hear feedback from our members. This is an opportunity to talk directly to the researchers. Why is a Family Advisory Committee necessary? There has often been a gap between FASD researchers, service providers and those with lived experience. Our goal is to bridge those gaps by soliciting the voices of individuals living with FASD with regard to their priorities for research and by providing the results of research to those individuals and their families in return.
