The third cohort of our Leadership Basecamp met in Toronto last week. During the three-day interactive training event, Altus leaders from across the globe participated in activities and workshops to enhance their leadership skills. Last week, the Altus team participated in a heartfelt initiative to build a playground in memory of our beloved colleague and friend, Matthew Gabourie, who tragically passed away from cancer in 2021.   Though Matthew left us too soon, his impact and friendship continue to resonate deeply within our community. Our Altus Cares philanthropic program was honoured to partner with Make Kids Smile, Inc. to bring this vision to life.   We hope this playground brings joy to countless children and families for generations to come. 💙 #AltusCares
