Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. The 14 days begins starting when your item is delivered, and any return that's accepted must be in-transit within 14 days of the delivered date. Returns are approved by us at our sole discretion. Returns are not accepted after this point, except for defective RMA exchanges under the applicable limited warranty. Shipments from orders which are returned to sender/rejected for delivery are subject to a 10% restocking fee, plus the original shipping and handling costs deducted. By ordering with us, you agree that any advice or opinion we may provide prior to purchase regarding a particular product is provided "as-is" and does not constitute a valid return reason for opened products or products which were damaged in transit back to us. All Returns including those which are for warranty exchange/DOA require the product be shipped back in its original packaging.
Refunds can only be issued back to the original payment method used for the order. We do not offer price matching and this is not a valid reason for returning opened items/items not in new unopened condition or items marked as No Returns. Shortages, missing shipments, and damage must be reported within 1 business day of a shipment being marked as delivered. Orders shipped using signature confirmation that are signed for, you acknowledge its satisfactory condition and that it was received. If you'd like to place an order with shipping/freight insurance, please contact us by email or phone at [email protected] or 781-272-0967. By placing an order without doing so, you agree that we are not responsible for shipments lost or damaged in transit. Orders that are received damaged and/or are lost in transit with insurance applied will be subject to the claim process as applicable/communicated. Refunds/credits will not be issued for loss/damage claims before the customer submits any applicable documentation and claim verification that's requested/required to process the claim.

Any product marked special order or No Returns once shipped on the product page (including graphics cards and server products, regardless of description) is not eligible for return, but if you need help with an RMA process please contact us.

By placing an order via email or phone or other means, you and/or your organization agree to these terms. Sale items sold via any means are not eligible for returns, except for defective products which are subject to the limited warranty, which still applies only for exchange/repair of the same product(s) as applicable per manufacturer policies and such exchanges are subject to both our and manufacturer approval under warranty terms and RMA processes.

International orders are not eligible for returns, including orders shipped to a freight forwarder. The above policies apply to international orders.

To be eligible for a refund/return, less original shipping & handling costs, and return label costs, your item must be received by us in the same condition that you received it, unopened/sealed and in its original packaging and condition. We highly recommend over-boxing your return to avoid restocking fees from damaged products/packaging. Only new, unopened items are eligible for returns. If you are trying to return defective items, please contact us with details of the defect before returning so that we can facilitate the Return Process. Items returned open-box and products returned with the packaging and/or product damaged or used will be accepted as a return at our sole discretion and are subject to restocking fees as determined in our sole discretion.

BY ORDERING, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOURSELF AND/OR THE PERSON/COMPANY/END-USER INSTALLING/MANAGING THE EQUIPMENT PURCHASED IS SUFFICIENTLY TRAINED, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE REGARDING THE HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, AND ANY APPLICABLE LAWS/LIMITATIONS THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO ANY HARDWARE/SOFTWARE PURCHASED. LACK OF TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE IS NOT A VALID RETURN REASON FOR RETURNING OPENED PRODUCTS WHICH ARE NOT DEFECTIVE. WIRELESS NETWORK SPEEDS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER SPEEDS ON WI-FI VERSUS A WIRED CONNECTION ARE POSSIBLE DUE TO MANY FACTORS INCLUDING INDIVIDUAL DEVICES AND THEIR CONFIGURATIONS, INTERFERENCE, AND THE CONFIGURATION OF THE WIRELESS NETWORK, AND THIS DOES NOT INDICATE A DEFECTIVE DEVICE.

To request a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Certain high-demand items in your order may be unavailable for immediate fulfillment. To confirm availability and delivery estimates, please contact us prior to completing your order. By ordering, you agree that you may be preordering and/or backordering certain items in your order. Backorders which have not shipped may be canceled 24 hours after placing the order up to the day which they arrive for fulfillment/become in-stock. The return policies above apply in the case of returning items under those above circumstances.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Cisco/Meraki Products are not eligible for returns. Licensing is unable to be returned once purchased. Product support plans or warranty plans are non-returnable/non-refundable.

Please contact us if you need help with an RMA/defective item in your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Orders placed with custom pricing/quantity discounts are non-cancelable/non-returnable.
