Release information

This card was included in the Ultra Prism expansion with artwork by Mitsuhiro Arita, first released in the Japanese Ultra Moon expansion. A Non Holo variant was included in the Mach Strike Theme Deck. A SM Black Star Promotional print of this card was one of the Prerelease promos for Ultra Prism, with different artwork by the same artist, available in the Ultra Prism Prerelease Kit. A print with a gold foil "Staff" stamp was given to those overseeing the event. The Ultra Prism print and a new print with artwork by Kouki Saitou featuring the Shiny version of Lucario, were later included in the Japanese GX Ultra Shiny subset. The Shiny print was included in the Hidden Fates expansion.

This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Moon. The interior of Cynthia's room in Sinnoh's Pokémon League as it appears in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl is featured in the Ultra Prism and Promotional print illustrations. The Hidden Fates print features the Shiny version of Lucario.
