Ember (Japanese: ひのこ Sparks) is a damage-dealing Fire-type move introduced in Generation I.

Effect

Ember deals damage and has a 10% chance of burning the target.

Ember can be used as the second move of a Pokémon Contest combination, with the user gaining 4 bonus appeal points if Sunny Day was used in the previous turn.

Pokémon UNITE

In Pokémon UNITE, Ember is Cinderace's first move. The user shoots out a small flame, damaging and applying burn to hit enemies. After evolving from Raboot at level 7, this move is replaced by either Pyro Ball or Blaze Kick.
