The Buried Ruins (Japanese: なぞの地下遺跡 Mysterious Underground Ruins) are a special dungeon in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity. It is only accessible through certain jobs on the Challenge Request Board in Pokémon Paradise. The dungeon only contains one room. Only one member of the player's team can go into the dungeon, however they can enter with up to three other players via Local Wireless. Once entering the dungeon, the player will battle the Pokémon they are requested to defeat, along with three other Pokémon. The job is completed when all four Pokémon are defeated. Once the leader is defeated, the remaining enemy Pokémon will enter the Enraged status. No items appear on the floor and none are any dropped by enemy Pokémon.
