The Audit Talent & Skills Manager is responsible for developing and refining the Audit Roles and Skills framework, defining skills required for success, developing training programs, and assessing workforce skills gaps. They partner with IA leaders to ensure learning needs are addressed and focus on creating a best practice development experience for auditors.
