The Role

Bringg is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to implement, execute, and optimize integrated GTM campaigns that drive lead, pipeline and revenue generation. The ideal candidate is both curious and data-driven – willing to try new tactics, and then test, iterate, and test some more to find the most effective approach. They are also a team player, comfortable collaborating across different internal and external teams. Ultimately, they are excited to build Bringg’s demand generation function.  

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand gen initiatives across digital advertising (PPC), content syndication (CPL), email, social media, content marketing, webinars, field marketing events, and trade shows/conferences that drive net-new leads and existing lead engagement
  • Create and manage integrated campaign calendars to ensure timely execution and coordination
  • Communicate cross-functionally with the greater marketing org, sales and account teams, and key stakeholders about campaign goals, progress, and results
  • Partner across the Marketing organization to map demand generation activities to ICP’s, track and analyze campaign performance, and test messages
  • Develop lead-nurture campaigns to maintain and increase lead engagement through the revenue funnel
  • Continuously test and optimize marketing tactics to improve performance
  • Manage lead-acquisition tools, third-party CPL vendors and sponsored content programs

Experience:

  • 7 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role within the B2B tech industry
  • BA in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, email, social media, content marketing)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

The salary range for this position is expected to be between $130,000-$160,000 OTE annually. The salary range is determined by experience, seniority, and additional factors.
