About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Recruiting Coordinator for a 3-month contract to cover paternity leave. At Veza, we’re building a thoughtful hiring machine designed to partner with the business in attracting, retaining, and developing the best talent in the world. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will ensure a seamless, efficient, and professional recruitment process that helps us build a world-class team and maintain a human capital advantage during this coverage period.

You Will:

  • Ensure a Seamless Candidate Experience: Your attention to detail and organizational skills ensure that every candidate has a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process. This involves:
    • Providing an Outstanding Candidate Experience: Ensure all candidate interactions are positive and reflect our commitment to being an employer of choice, from initial contact to onboarding.
    • Communicating Clearly and Timely: Keep candidates informed throughout the process with prompt, transparent, and professional communication.
  • Accelerate the Hiring Process: Play a key role in keeping the hiring process moving swiftly, ensuring timely coordination of interviews and effective communication between candidates and the hiring team. This includes:
    • Scheduling Interviews Efficiently: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interviewers, ensuring that all meetings are well-planned and run smoothly.
    • Managing Recruitment Logistics: Handle logistical details such as travel arrangements, meeting rooms, and technical setups to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers.
  • Support People Operations: Your logistical and administrative support allows recruiters to focus on sourcing and evaluating candidates, driving efficiency and improving the overall recruitment process. You will:
    • Streamline Processes: Identify opportunities to improve scheduling and coordination processes, making recruitment operations more efficient and reducing bottlenecks.
    • Enhance Candidate Experience: Continuously seek feedback from candidates and recruiters to refine and improve the recruitment experience, ensuring that Veza remains an attractive destination for top talent.

You Have:

  • Experience: 2 years of coordination or administrative support experience required.
  • Greenhouse Expertise: Experience working with Greenhouse ATS is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite – Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets, is required.
  • Adaptability: Ability to flex and work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to improve processes and results.
  • Project Management: Proven recruiting project management expertise and a customer service focus, ensuring a smooth candidate and recruiter experience.
  • Attention to Detail: You excel at handling logistics, ensuring that every aspect of the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to keep candidates and internal teams informed and aligned.
  • Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple schedules and coordinate across teams while keeping processes running efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges in the recruitment process, with a focus on continuous improvement.

This 3-month contract is a critical role to help us maintain recruitment operations and support our team during paternity leave coverage. If you are detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about recruitment, we would love to hear from you.

At Veza, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range can be discussed with your recruiter for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package.
