The Role

Summary:
Pluralsight's SKILLS product is a cloud-based enterprise technology skills development platform that delivers a curated learning experience for technical teams. The Skills content teams deliver informative content inside of the larger Skills business focused on the enterprise and individual learners for specific technology domains. This focus includes the acquisition of authors, planning of content, effectiveness of content, messaging around and GTM alignment of the content and experiences for learners of that domain.
The Skills Project Coordinator for the IT Operations domain is an enthusiastic collaborator who cares deeply about data knowledge and education. This role is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of a portfolio of skills, including commissioning, monitoring, and ensuring the timely maintenance of all of the content within those skills.

What you'll do:

  • Complete ownership of a portfolio of technology skills, including all content items within each skill. Once learning plans are delivered to you from our curriculum team, it will be your job to engage the right content creators to create the content in a timely fashion. You will also monitor and maintain your skills for engagement, quality, and freshness, by working with our content creators
  • Detailed and timely record keeping in a variety of systems, including Salesforce.com, Docusign, and internal proprietary systems
  • Regular reporting on the status of your portfolio
  • Maintaining excellent professional relationships with external content creators to create and maintain your portfolio
  • Working closely with Acquisitions Editors to recruit and onboard new content creators as needed to complete and maintain your portfolio
  • Working closely with Content Producers in various modalities to track content completion, deadlines, and other details
  • Working closely with Curriculum Planners to ensure our content creators are creating the needed content for your portfolio
  • Maintaining and improving time-to-publication, freshness, and other metrics about the content in your portfolio
  • Onboarding of Authors to the Pluralsight community and setting them up for opportunities and success
  • Completeness and accuracy of outlines / project materials & items


Experience you'll bring:

  • Experience as a project coordinator, technical project manager or equivalent
  • Experience working in IT, Networking, DevOps, Tech Support is preferred
  • Good project management experience. Professional certification is not required
  • Strong organizational experience with an intense focus on details
  • Strong interpersonal professional communication experience, both verbal and written
  • Experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred
  • Experience with project management tools (such as Trello, Asana, Monday, or similar applications), is required


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3 years with related degree


Travel Requirements
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. The annual US base salary range for this role is $74,800 - $92,300 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary and variable, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
