Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Unit Manager to drive our growth and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

- Contractors Collaboration: Build strong relationships with contractors to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications:
- 3 years of managerial experience
- Proficiency in Russian (fluent or advanced)
- Operational experience in home services or any other relevant field would be a plus
- Successful track of revenue growth
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or related roles.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
